Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in managing classroom activities for students from Playgroup to Class 4. The candidate should be passionate about working with children and helping create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering classroom lessons and activities.

Help maintain discipline and classroom management.

Support students during classwork, activities, and playtime.

Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom displays.

Monitor students’ behavior, participation, and development.

Provide individual attention to students who need extra support.

Help in organizing school events, activities, and classroom projects.

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Communicate politely with parents and school staff when required.

Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Education / NTT / B.Ed (preferred)
