Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our car showroom in Haldwani location who will be responsible for greeting walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, conducting test drives, following up with leads through field visits and calls, achieving monthly sales targets, coordinating with the finance team for loan processing, ensuring smooth vehicle delivery, and building a strong referral network for repeat business.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–4 years of experience in automobile or retail sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a customer-first, target-driven attitude. A valid driving licence (LMV) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory for this role, as the job involves regular field visits and local market outreach.

Compensation includes a fixed salary, monthly sales incentive, fuel reimbursement, and mobile allowance.
