Kindergarten / Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary / Kindergarten Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and skilled in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on play-way and activity-based learning
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop children’s basic skills (language, motor skills, social interaction, and creativity)
• Use stories, rhymes, games, and hands-on activities to make learning fun
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Maintain discipline with love and care
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
• Organize classroom materials and learning resources
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and activities

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCEd / Montessori trained preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children
