We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT – All Subjects) who can create a joyful and engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a child-centered teaching approach aligned with CBSE guidelines and modern educational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach primary classes in subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi, General Knowledge, and other assigned subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments according to the curriculum.
• Create an interactive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage creativity, communication, critical thinking, and experiential learning among students.
• Use modern teaching methods, smart classes, storytelling, activities, and hands-on learning techniques.
• Assess and monitor students’ academic and behavioral progress regularly.
• Maintain student records, report cards, attendance, and classroom discipline.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Participate actively in school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for academic planning and continuous improvement.
• Follow CBSE norms, NEP 2020 guidelines, and school policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• D.El.Ed./B.Ed. qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command over English and classroom management.
• Ability to handle young learners with patience, empathy, and positivity.
• Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills.
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic teaching approach.

Experience
