TGT Science Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated TGT Science Teacher to teach students from Grades 6 to 10. The candidate should be able to make science concepts engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology basics) to middle and secondary classes.
• Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
• Conduct experiments and practical sessions in the lab.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support students in projects, exhibitions, and competitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.)
• B.Ed. (Mandatory for most schools)
• Strong subject knowledge in Science
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to use smart boards / digital teaching tools
• Creative teaching methods
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers can also apply if skilled)
