Job TGT & PGT English Teacher

Position Overview

We are looking for English Teachers (TGT & PGT) to join our team. The ideal candidate should know English well be able to communicate and inspire students to get better at reading, writing, speaking and critical thinking. The teacher will make learning fun. Help students grow academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

. Teach English lessons according to the CBSE curriculum and school rules.

Help students improve their language skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking English.

Encourage students to appreciate literature through poems, stories, novels and other texts.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and tests.

Check student performance through tests, projects, presentations and classroom activities.

Give students and parents feedback on their progress.

Keep records of attendance, assessments and student performance.

Use. New teaching methods in the classroom.

Help students think critically be creative communicate and work together.

Attend parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops and professional development programs.

Keep the classroom disciplined and positive.

Support students in preparing for board exams, competitions, debates, creative writing activities and language programs.

Qualifications

For TGT English

A degree in English or a related subject.

A B.Ed. From a recognized institution.

CTET/TET qualification is a plus.

At 2–3 years of teaching experience in middle school.

For PGT English

A Masters Degree in English from a recognized university.

A B.Ed. From a recognized institution.

At 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes.

Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum and board exam patterns.

Desired Skills

Good command of written and spoken English.

Strong classroom management skills.

Ability to motivate and engage students.

Proficiency in technology and digital teaching tools.

Good. Organizational skills.

Passion for teaching and learning.
